A: Timberland has always been committed to preserving the Earth’s resources and protecting the Earth. The Earthkeepers™ initiative was thus created to spread eco-friendly activities worldwide. The Earthkeepers™ values also ensure that our shoes are designed and produced with the environment in mind.

Q: Can I exchange my purchase?

A: Yes, you will be able to exchange your purchases except for customised shoes. For regular priced items, all purchases made from Timberland retail and outlet stores in Singapore can only be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date. For sales items, exchange is allowed within 3 days with original receipt.

Simply present your receipt and item at the Timberland Singapore store you purchased at for an exchange.  Click here to find a store near you. When making an exchange, please bear in mind that the item returned must be in the same condition in which you received them, with original packaging and tags.

Q: Can I return my purchase for a refund?

A：Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any returns on all purchases. All purchases are non-refundable.
Timberland also features an Earthkeepers™ footwear collection. These shoes are designed with recycled, organic and renewable material, solvent free adhesives and reduced climate impact.

Q: Defect and faulty products?

A: In the event that the purchased items are defective, faulty, wrongly described or of any inherent quality issues, Timberland will exchange the purchased items, provided that the purchased items are returned together with proof of purchase within the timeframe stipulated above.
