Our mid-height Atwells Ave Chelsea boots are ready to pull on and go wherever your sense of adventure takes you. They feature uppers made of Premium Timberland® Leather and linings of 100% ReBOTL™ material containing at least 50% recycled PET plastic, the stuff plastic bottles are made of. For comfort, we added cushioned EVA footbeds and natural, high-rebound GreenStride™ foam midsoles made of at least 65% biobased materials derived from sugar cane and responsibly grown rubber. GreenStride™ is USDA Certified Biobased. Rounding out their versatility is the rubber outsole which will help offer traction with every step.

Comfort in most shoes is delivered through a soft foam material called EVA which is typically made from petroleum-based ingredients. As we lessen our footprint and increase our use of renewable materials, we have replaced 75% of the petroleum with ingredients grown in nature, like sugar cane and rubber sourced from sustainably managed forests. The addition of natural rubber helps provide rebound and overall comfort. -
