- WhatsApp Orders are only applicable to the selected stores during store business hours.
- For Free Delivery is only valid for min. $50 spending.
- Customers have the option of picking up in store or through delivery.
- Items will be shipped after payment has been made and confirmed.
- Delivery will take 5 – 9 working days.
- NO RETURN / EXCHANGE after 14 days from date of receipt.
- We allow exchange within 14 days with receipt, provided it has not been washed / altered / worn / damaged due to improper use or handtags/ labels removed.
- Proof of original receipt of the purchase is COMPULSORY.
- Items exchange must be of same or higher value and design. If the item is of higher value, you are required to top up the remaining balance subject to availability of the selected product.
- For return / exchange, products must be returned to the respective store where the order was made with the original sales receipt. Customer will have to arrange and bear the reverse shipment fee if delivery services is used.
- Goods purchased cannot be refunded unless item(s) received are defective/faulty. We will either refund the purchase price or return / exchange the purchased item(s). Original proof of purchase / receipt is required.
- In case of disputes, the decision of VF BRANDS Pte Ltd shall be final.
